About My Work
As a choreographer, I am interested in furthering the audience’s experience and understanding of the world (whether it be the real world, or the world created on stage). Human moments are incredibly important to me and I strive to create honest emotion in the work. With my background in contemporary dance, I find voice an incredible motivation in the creative process. Dance is more than just steps, it is communication.

See My Work!
“Freedom. Beauty. Truth. Love" bursts onto the stage with the vibrant energy of a grand variety show… [it] is a dazzling celebration of variety and theatricality, blending dance, aerial acrobatics, and musical performance into a cohesive show. The choreography is inventive, the performances are energetic, and the production elements—from costumes to lighting—are meticulously crafted to create a memorable and engaging experience.
Ursula Payne - ACDA At Large Virtual Adjudication
“There was nothing pretty or tender here, just a rush of combative movement in well-developed and beautifully performed patterns and groupings. The feeling was one of both isolation and overcrowding, both aggression and longing for touch. I hope this Valdosta group will visit Atlanta again.”
Gillian Anne Renault - Arts ATL Review
“Choreographer Sarah Wildes Arnett keeps the show moving rhythmically with supple grace and joy.”
Dean Poling - Valdosta Daily Times Review of PSST’s Cinderella
“I have to call out choreographer Sarah Wildes Arnett. Her comedic choreography had the audience in stitches. When the boys came out in flippers to abduct Sky for the stag party, we were dying of laughter! …I could call out other numbers, but everyone needs to go see for themselves.”
Cessy Newman - Folio Weekly Review of PSST’s Mamma Mia!
“Choreographer Sarah Wildes Arnett finds a similar rhythm with dances that are imaginative, invigorating, humorous and breathtaking. ”
